Agretti with lemon are the easiest way to bring this side dish to the table. Fresh and light, they recall the flavor of chard but are decidedly more delicious for their "spaghetti" consistency. You can combine them with fish dishes as with meat dishes, the lemon agretti marry with everything you want and are prepared in a very short time but above all very easily.


How to make lemon agretti

Start cleaning the agretti by removing the root and the lighter and harder part.

Rinse them several times and then transfer them to a pot with salted water.
Cook them a couple of minutes after the water starts boiling.
Once cooked, drain and let them cool.

Meanwhile, prepare a citronette with the chopped garlic, salt, pepper, oil and lemon juice.

Add the emulsion on the set aside agretti and turn them over.

Your lemon agretti are ready to be enjoyed.
