How to do the saltimbocca
Dissolve the yeast in water at room temperature.
Put the flour in a bowl and pour the water in the center.
Start kneading, then add the salt and knead until you get a homogeneous dough.
Cover the dough with cling film and let it rise for about 6 hours or until doubled.
Take the dough and divide it into 6 loaves and lightly flour them.
Then pull them to obtain an elongated loaf
Then crush them with your hands, then place the panuozzi on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper
Sprinkle them with flour and leave to rest for 30 minutes.
Then bake the panuozzi in a preheated oven at 220 ° C and cook for about 15 minutes
Let your saltimbocca cool, then cut them in half and stuff them as you like.
