Hello everyone, as you know I love cous cous, it is a versatile, tasty food which, enriched with legumes, meat or fish, makes it an excellent single dish. This time I tried to make couscous with peas and salmon, served warm or cold on the salad, both ways I loved it. Well friends, then yesterday, after the first hours of post-holiday blasting, I found the rhythm, I feel full of new ideas to face this month that separates me from the holidays for the week of August and I hope to lay the foundations for the new projects that await me in September. How to make couscous with peas and salmon
Put the couscous in the hot broth and stir until all the liquid is absorbed
Add a drizzle of oil, then shell the grains with the tines of a fork
Blanch the peas in boiling salted water for 10 minutes, then place them on a plate with the chopped salmon and diced cherry tomatoes.
Put the sauce in a bowl, then add basil, chives, salt and a drizzle of oil and mix
Also add the couscous and stir gently, then cover the bowl with cling film and put in the fridge to cool for 1 hour.
Serve the Couscous salad with peas and salmon on the plates
