How to make baileys muffins

Prepare the baileys cream cheese by mixing the philadelphia, icing sugar and 2 tablespoons of bayles with a whisk or a blender.

Now start preparing the muffins by mixing the flour, sugar, unsweetened cocoa, vanilla and baking powder in a bowl.

Separately mix the egg, milk, oil and liqueur.

Pour the liquid ingredients into the bowl where the dry ingredients are, then mix the mixture with a wooden spoon.

Fill half the height of the buttered and floured muffin molds (if you use silicone molds this is not necessary) Pour a generous teaspoon of cream cheese on each muffin.

Cover with a teaspoon of dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C.

Baile the baileys muffins for about 20 minutes.

Allow the muffins to cool before removing them from the molds and serving them.
