The condensed milk snails they are simple and delicious biscuits. It is a particular mixture, as it provides precisely the condensed milk in the dough instead of sugar and a part of butter, which in fact is very little. The result is crumbly and delicate shortbread biscuits, absolutely delicious to serve for breakfast! How to make condensed milk snails
Put the flour combined with the yeast in a bowl and pour in the center: egg, butter cut into chunks, vanilla and condensed milk.
Mix everything until you have a homogeneous mixture, then cover with cling film and let it rest for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
Take the dough, divide it into 20 pieces, then form the biscuits: cut a long and thin cord from each piece, then roll it up on itself to form a snail.
Continue like this, forming all the biscuits on the baking sheet covered with parchment paper, spacing them a little from each other.
Then bake at 170 ° C for about 15 minutes or until they start to brown in a preheated convection oven.
The condensed milk snails are ready: if you can, at least let them cool before sprinkling them with powdered sugar and eating them.
