How to make baked pineapple
Cut the tuft of the pineapple, then divide it into four parts
Cut off the central part (the woody one)
Separate the fruit from the peel with the help of a knife
Now cut 2/3 cm thick slices and stagger them
Put the pineapple slices obtained on a baking sheet
