  • 1 liter of milk
  • 1 cup semolina
  • 15 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g butter
  • peel of a lemon

Preparation time: less than 120 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Gray pudding with caramel:

Boil the milk with 10 tablespoons of sugar and lemon peel.
