- 180ml double cream
- 200g dark chocolate
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
- 25 walnut halves

- In a small saucepan bring cream to the boil. Remove from the heat and add chocolate, stir. Wait for 1 minutes till chocolate is melted, then stir till smooth.
- Let cool a little, then cover with cling wrap and place in the fridge for 4 hours or in the freezer for 2 hours.
- Take a teaspoon full of the mixture and swiftly roll between the palms of your hands to shape truffles. Roll in cocoa and garnish with a walnut. Store in a cool place.
